Returns & Exchange

For any products defects, shipping damages, and inconsistences that can be found at receiving the product, you can claim a free return and exchange of the new correct item at the customer service contact on our website, or directly click link here: https://www.nilight.com/pages/contact . Return/exchange claim window for these issues lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the package delivery, please call or email us so we can make sure we are providing you with the best possible support.

For any product dislike at the receiveing, you like to return and exchange other item, you can submit at the customer service contact on our website, or directly click link here: https://www.nilight.com/pages/contact. Return/exchange claim window for these issues for US customers lasts only 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since the package delivery, please call or email us so we can make sure we are providing you with the best possible support. For customers outside US, if you want to return and exchange items, will need to pay for the return/exchange shipping cost by yourself.

Note: Any return might need to subit return request first. To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Warranty

For any product issues such as missing parts, dead LEDs, moisture, breaks, internal defects you might have during the usage of the products, you can contact us at the customer service contact on our website, or directly click link here: https://www.nilight.com/pages/contact to claim a warranty and get a new replacement, after we confirm the issue and the warranty period, we will offer you a free partial/complete replacment.

Note 1: For product warranty period, it varies on different products, you can check item's warranty period on its product page or on the user manual it comes with. For product beyond the warranty period, it is not valid for new replacement claim. But we can offer you a small discount for a new item.

Note 2: For product issue caused by your own product disassembly, abuse or mistake, it might invalidate the product warranty.

Note 3: For warranty issue, please confirm with us whether we need you to return the item for inspection or not.



Refund

For any huge delay of unship orders caused by our fault, you can submit a refund claim at https://www.nilight.com/pages/contact and get a full refund of the orders.

For an huge delay in the shipping of order, please contact with us and shipping carrier to check out the expexted delivery date. If you can not accept the final delivery date, can submit a full refund of the orders but must return the order back to us when you receive it. We will only process refund when we receive the returned items.

For any products defects, product inconsistence, shipping damage that you find at receiving the product, if you do not want a exchange product, can claim a free return and refund of the product. Return and refund request window for these issues lasts 7 days, If 7 days have gone by since the package delivery, please call or email us so we can make sure we are providing you with the best possible support.

For any product issue found in the period of usage and you do not want a new replacement anymore, you can submit a partial refund of the order, the partial refund amount will depends on how long you have already used it.



How does the refund process and when it will through?

If you are approved for a full or partial refund, then the refund will be processed based on the payment method you used to pay for the order. If you pay order with by Paypal, then the refunded amount will be refund to your paypal account, typically it will be through at the same day. If you pay order by credit card, the refunded amount will be refund to your credit card, typically it be through in 1-3 business days, if the amount are not through after 3 business days, please contact your credit card company or bank card company to check.

Order Item As A Gift
If the item you order will be a gift for others, please marked gift in your order and advise the correct full name of the person who will recieve the gift. And then he/her will be able to claim a return or warranty when he needs it.
